The states who did the best were as follows: Connecticut, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Wyoming.

The states who saw the biggest uptick in unemployment rate were: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.

These states all rose 0.2% in October vs September.
