Manager, Online Marketing and Analytics

As a LoanSnap's Manager, Online Marketing and Analytics, you will have an exciting and pivotal role to make a significant impact on the business in a multi-trillion dollar industry. We are looking for an experienced online marketer with strong analytical skills to drive business growth. You will own analytics and execution of specific digital marketing campaigns. While you will primarily work on partnerships, you will also work on other digital marketing channels. This job can be remote.

LoanSnap is a FinTech company transforming the multi-trillion loan industry using artificial intelligence, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.We are a small, smart, and fun team backed by top VC firms. Our two founders, Karl Jacob and Allan Carroll, are serial entrepreneurs whose companies have helped millions of consumers from protecting them from spam to communicating with family members. Karl has raised 23 rounds of financing, created 6 companies from scratch and built products and companies that impact 10s of millions of people. Now we are helping consumers with the largest financial transaction of their lives, buying or refinancing a house using our tech to deliver smart loans that help customers get the right loan for their situation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with key lead generation marketing partners such as LendingTree, Bankrate, NerdWallet and more
  • Oversee, monitor and evaluate each partner, optimizing continuously for performance improvements
  • Analyze campaigns and drill deep into the data to optimize opportunities
  • Daily hands-on media management to ensure proper pacing and to drive optimal performance to meet business objectives
  • Provide reporting and detailed analysis of lead generation activity against identified benchmarks and KPIs
  • Forecast by campaign, channel, and subchannel based on trends and industry research
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-function channels & teams (Business Development, BI, Product, etc), to support omnichannel strategies, align with media and maximize opportunities
  • Ability to think critically, leverage data to justify your decisions, and articulate thoughts effectively
  • Willing to dig in and learn and adapt quickly and comfortable with uncertainty
  • Learn and grow in the role and want to achieve and earn more responsibility. We are growing and we want you to grow with us
  • Over time, lead a small team of exempt professionals while appropriately delegating tasks and providing superior mentorship opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of hands-on data-driven online marketing channels with a "can-do" attitude and a thirst for driving growth
  • Experience negotiating and optimizing partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of ROI, attribution, key industry metrics, and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (ROAS, CPA, CPC, ROI, etc.)
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) / Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Experience with Adwords, Google Analytics and other online marketing platforms
  • Bonus credit for FinTech, Consumer Leading, or Insurance

Qualifications/Experience/Training/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree
