Job Description:

As LoanSnap’s full time recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers and our HR team to create and execute on hiring processes in a fast-paced environment. In addition to driving the recruitment cycle from posting and managing requisitions, to building a robust pipeline of candidates, you’ll act as our candidates’ central point of contact between managers and interviewers.

Responsibilities:

·Deliver a friendly and personal candidate experience from the initial application to the offer process. ·Be the recruiting SME, with strong awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards. ·Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs. ·Build a robust pipeline of candidates across a variety of sources and channels. ·Manage the applicant search process by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, networking and using job sites. ·Identify, pre-screen, and evaluate candidates for applicant fit by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. ·Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, along with follow-ups and debriefs. ·Proactively create feedback processes, identify challenges, and unblock by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.

Qualifications and Skills:

·5 years of human resources experience or 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience. ·Ability to multitask with a close attention to detail. ·Familiarity with screening candidates in a remote environment as well as in person. ·Familiarity with relevant employment Law ·Outstanding organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. ·Bachelor’s degree in related field or SHRM cert preferred.
