As the Processing Manager, you are responsible for the daily activity and guidance of loan processors ensuring that the application review and lending process comply with company operational standards as well as federal and state regulations. Hiring and training mortgage processing staff, reviewing documents to check that all loans meet standards and compliance requirements, and monitoring processing operations daily to ensure that they meet company benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team consisting of 15+ processors
  • Manage daily productivity, metrics, individual performance
  • Responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum
  • Manage, collaborate and optimize processes 3rd Party relationships
  • Monitor and approve timecards
  • Maintain current knowledge of client scope requirements and processes
  • Assist in resolving processing issues or customer escalations
  • Solution-based problem solving operational bottlenecks
  • Provide feedback to assist product development team
  • Cross-functional team collaboration

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years background with supervisory experience
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
  • NMLS
