You will play a central role in building our growing team at LoanSnap as our Human Resources Director. Your job will be to provide focused, business-minded HR leadership by translating company goals into an executable people strategy. You’ll be working cross functionally to support and take ownership of HR related compliance functions, along with supporting our recruiting and HR initiatives, and managing a welcoming and thoughtful onboarding process.
Responsibilities·Own the hiring process and manage the employee handbook and organizational policies and procedures. ·Understand business objectives and goals, and influence/inform decisions by translating data and trends into opportunities. ·Lead and mentor the team in the areas of leadership and management, change management, organization development and design, performance management, talent development, work force planning and employee engagement, relations and communications. ·Coach and build alignment with key partners and senior leadership to drive cultural change and employee engagement. ·Own deliverables in the people component of business issues by providing input and solutions to potential roadblocks and opportunities. ·Develop plans for implementation and communication of key HR processes including compensation, talent management, performance management, leadership development and workforce planning. ·
Qualifications·Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Master’s degree a plus. ·5+ years progressive Human Resources experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment. ·Breadth and depth of experience across the spectrum of HR activities, including operational roles to gain an in depth understanding of specialist disciplines within HR, and their contribution to business success. ·Strong analytical skills, and an uncanny ability to identify problems and create solutions. ·Knowledgeable and adept at interpreting and adhering to labor laws and regulations at the local, state(s) and federal level.
